Making a Booking

Once your booking has been provisionally booked, a credit card will be required to secure the booking.

Full payment in respect of your booking will be debited from your card 24 hours before your slow Adventure experience begins – Arrival at or start time of your day trip.

Your card will be debited by Leitrim Tourism Ltd. Your reservation confirmation will detail what you have already paid for.  No contract shall exist until full payment is received and the booking is confirmed to you. All experiences and prices on the website are subject to availability.

Cancellations & Amendments

 

Cancellations

  • There is a minimum charge of €20 on all Bookings cancelled.
  • Bookings cancelled within 2-6 days of arrival, this will incur the cost of the first night’s accommodation and/or 25% of the Slow Adventure Experience
  • If your first night of your stay is within 48 hours of cancellation, we regret that no refund will be made.

Amendments by You

 

Please contact our reservations department to make an amendment to your booking.

 

Amendments by us

 

In the unlikely event that we need to amend your reservation, we will confirm this in writing in advance of your arrival. Should you be unhappy with the alternative arrangements that we offer, we will refund your  fee in full.

 

Price Includes

Slow Adventure Experiences are all inclusive all taxes and service charges, unless otherwise stated.

Meals  provided are indicated in each cluster.  No Drinks are included unless specified

 

Confirmation and Vouchers

It is your responsibility to check the confirmation and ensure that all of the details are correct. Accommodation will only be provided in accordance with the details in the confirmation. You must present your booking confirmation details to the accommodation upon arrival as they are proof of pre-payment.  For tour experiences, please take a copy of our confirmation details.

 

Complaints

 

Any complaint regarding any part of the Slow Adventure Experience must be notified to the provider during your stay and management must be given adequate opportunity to rectify the situation. If you fail to get satisfaction from the provider please contact us at info@slowadventure.ie detailing your complaint.
