Slow Adventure Refunds Policy


Our experiences have limited availability and many of our experiences sell out fast.

Cancelations by you

Any cancellation must be notified by the lead person who made the booking (how are they

allowed to cancel?)

Full Refund: A full refund will be issued to you if you cancel on or more than 30 days prior to the date of experience

Half Refund: A 50% of the payment will be refunded if you cancel between 30 and 1 day

No Refund: There will be no refund made to anybody/group who does not contact us prior to their booked experience

Cancellations by us

In the case of the provider having to cancel the activity due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances a full refund will be given

Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances on the Day

Our experiences are tailor-made to suit individual groups’ needs and we pick routes with this in mind but we must also consider the short-term weather forecasts and weather on the day.

Weather is a factor in our operations and something that we review continually, we do operate under normal wet and windy conditions but adhere to Met Éireann weather warnings and would not participate in any outdoor activities in adverse weather conditions. Under these circumstances we would reschedule to another date that would work for both parties.

It is unlikely we will have to make any changes to your experience and any changes are usually very minor but before you enter a contract with us, we would like to inform you that we reserve the right to change any of the facilities or services. We also reserve the right to cancel the trip. For example, if the minimum number of clients required for a trip is not fulfilled, we may have to cancel your trip.

We would only consider a full refund if a reschedule is not possible by both parties
